Train with Nikki
Nikki Traynor trains every seat in the dealership through Professional Series University, then installs a fluid maintenance program that keeps working after the class ends.
Professional Series University
Professional Series University is Nikki's classroom, and it is where every advisor, technician and manager learns the Professional Series approach.
Every class is a short video with Nikki, a student workbook and a knowledge check. Certification adds a final exam and a video submission reviewed by management and the University, then a certificate and a digital badge. Role tracks cover the Service Advisor, Technician, Service Manager and Distributor Rep, and the highest-impact classes live in the Reserve Collection.
Dealer groups can also run Professional Series University under their own name as a private-label university.
Fluid maintenance program installation
Nikki and her field team install the Professional Series fluid maintenance program in your dealership, virtually and on site, so it runs every day from the first RO.
- Service menu and maintenance intervals built for your dealership
- Fluid service trays, service-drive displays and signage
- Equipment setup and fluid exchange machines
- Minimum orders and how a store is stocked on day one
Service drive training
Advisors learn to present every fluid as pass or fail and let the customer decide, because customers buy when the need is revealed.
- The welcome and the walk-around
- Presenting the facts with the sample in hand
- Required, not recommended: the minimum requirement to maintain the vehicle
- Fix it right the first time
Technician and equipment certification
Technicians learn to pull and read the sample and to run and maintain the equipment, so every service is done right and documented.
- Pulling and reading fluid samples
- How each fluid exchange machine works and how to maintain it
- Every system on the rack, from engine to HVAC
Manager coaching from FOiS
Service managers and fixed ops directors get the leadership and the numbers behind a fluid program, taught from the Fixed Operations Intelligence System.
- The numbers that tell you the program is working
- Daily rhythm on the drive
- Coaching advisors and technicians to the standard
Private-label program guidance
Dealer groups that want their own brand on the bottle learn how a private-label program works, from formulation to the label on the shelf.
- Your label, your brand, made by Professional Series
- Custom formulation and in-house bottling
- How a private-label store gets installed
More Than a Bottle podcast
One fluid, one system or one service-drive moment per episode, explained so advisors, technicians and car owners can all follow.
- New episodes on Spotify
- Questions from advisors, techs and owners
Schools, shows and events
Nikki speaks to automotive technology classes and girls' classrooms about maintaining their cars and joining the trade, and appears at trade shows, dealership car shows and Jeep rallies.
- Auto-tech programs and classrooms
- Trade shows and conventions
- Dealership car shows and sanctioned track events
"Price is the one thing I don't do. That's the sales team's lane, and they're good at it. What I can tell you is what's in the bottle and why it matters."
